Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies, founded in 1969, is a specialty orthopaedic clinic offering streamlined, interactive and cost-efficient patient care. With two locations in Colorado's Front Range, the Center has evolved into a total patient care system. Our mission statement is "Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies is dedicated to providing the highest quality orthopaedic care  in an efficient and pleasant environment. "

Orthopaedics is the diagnosis and treatment of bone, joint, tissue, and nerve disorders of the back, extremities and neck. Our physicians take this specialized care a step further by offering distinctive subspecialties, such as hand and upper extremity care, foot and ankle care, trauma, spine treatment, and total joint replacement. The majority of our surgeons are fellowship trained and board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, so that patients receive superior care from leaders in orthopaedics.

Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies is made up of four main components, including:

  • Medical Practice
  • Outpatient Surgery & Recovery Center
  • MRI
  • Therapy Department

Hosts Annual MS Walk on May 3

The Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies is pleased to host and help sponsor the annual MS Walk fund-raiser in Fort Collins on Saturday, May 3, 2008.

The event, which raises funds to support research into treatment for multiple sclerosis, will begin and end at the Orthopaedic Center (OCR), 2500 E. Prospect Road. The MS Walk offers participants several distance options that range from 1 to 6 miles. OCR is situated on the Spring Creek Trail, part of the city’s bicycle-pedestrian trail system.

Check in begins at 8 a.m. and the walk gets underway at 9 a.m. The Fort Collins event is one of 10 walks that take place around Colorado in May.

OCR is closed on weekends, so walk participants will be able to use its parking lots.
