Our Gyms & Treatment Rooms
We have large, well-equipped gyms and private treatment rooms.
Gyms are located at both the Fort Collins and Loveland clinics. Our equipment includes machines and devices that can help you with strength training, proprioceptive* exercises, and cardiovascular workouts.
Our treatment rooms at both clinics allow your therapist to work with you in a more private setting.
* Proprioception refers to one’s sense of your body’s effort and how it is moving, including how one part of your body is moving in relation to another, say your arm in relationship to your hand. Proprioception is one of the body’s sensory abilities.
