Improved Health Care Options In Loveland

McKee Medical Center, Big Thompson Medical Group, Orthopaedic Center of the Rockies, Loveland Surgical Associates, and Loveland Radiology Consultants are partnering to improve health care access and convenience.

The 79,000 square foot medical complex is located east of the Metrolux 12 Theater off of Highway 34 in Loveland. The Center will be the premier site for outpatient services in Northeastern Colorado and currently houses an outpatient surgery center, endoscopy center, medical imaging center, MRI services, community urgent care, pediatric services, laboratory services, pharmacy and physician office space.

“We are excited we have the opportunity to create a state-of-the-art facility that will encourage patients to stay in the Loveland area to receive health care services,” said Dr. Edward Norman, President of Big Thompson Medical Group. “We expect this facility to make services more accessible and convenient for patients, as well as enhance our ability to recruit new physicians and specialties to the area. Because this facility focuses solely on outpatient services, patients will receive the most efficient, quality care available in the area.”

Business planners have been working together diligently to identify and improve areas of service that are not always convenient for patients. 

“To be able to provide this level of care in a community this size really requires each partner to work together. Our goal is to provide care locally and serve not only our patients well, but the entire city,” said Norman.

Skyline Center for Health will improve access and convenience for patients in a number of ways:

• The location along Highway 34 offers easy accessibility and convenient parking.
• Services are performed in a state-of-the-art out patient environment, which many patients find comfortable and relaxing.
• Quality care and the latest equipment will ensure patients can stay in Loveland to receive excellent outpatient services.
