The location is across U.S. 34/Eisenhower Boulevard from Mountain View High School. It is two blocks west of the Boyd Lake Avenue intersection with U.S. 34. Our office is also conveniently located two miles west of the I-25 interchange with U.S. 34.

The office is located at the intersection of U.S. 34 and Horstman Place, named after a respected member of our physician group, Dr. Jim Horstman, who died in 2007 at age 56 after a battle with cancer.

Our new building is much larger and allows us to comfortably offer more services to residents of Loveland and the region, including south Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, Johnstown, Longmont, and other communities. Many people should find the new location convenient and easy to access.

Our services include: general orthopaedics, spine/back and neck care, sports medicine, hip and knee joint replacement, and care for hand/arm, foot and ankle, trauma and fractures, and shoulder injuries and conditions.

Many Orthopaedic & Spine Center doctors practice in both the Loveland and Fort Collins offices, giving patients a choice of locations. The Fort Collins office is located at 2500 E. Prospect Road.

Besides doctors' appointments, we also have X-ray and therapy (PT and OT) services in our office.

Please note that our move to a new location in Loveland does not affect our Fort Collins office and patient services there.

Our new Loveland office is located on seven acres in the Boyd Lake Village development. We purchased the property from Dando Development. Our designer/builder was Neenan Co.
