Thomas R. Sachtleben, MD 
Dr. Tom Sachtleben has patient appointments at our Fort Collins and Loveland, CO offices, and also at the CSU Health Network -- Hartshorn Center on the Colorado State University campus.
Dr. Sachtleben holds board certification and has fellowship (advanced) training in sports medicine.
He joined the Orthopaedic & Spine Center in 2008 after three years in practice at Associates in Family Medicine and the CSU student health center. He previously practiced in Colorado Springs and Steamboat Springs for seven years.
Dr. Sachtleben has extensive experience in sports medicine and non-surgical orthopaedics, including appointments as team physician for the U.S. Ski Team, the Colorado Rockies, and high school teams in Fort Collins.
Dr. Sachtleben holds board certification in family practice with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. His medical training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at Moses Cone Hospital and Murphy/Wainer Orthopedics in Greensboro, N.C.
Dr. Sachtleben takes care of patients from OCR's service area of northern Colorado, Wyoming, and western Nebraska.
