Primary Care and ER Physicians, Chiropractors, Therapists, RN’s, and RT’s Are Invited

LOVELAND, CO — The physicians of the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies are presenting our annual professional conference on Saturday, November 10, 2012, at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Loveland, CO.

The symposium features presentations on various aspects of orthopaedics for primary care, occupational medicine, and ER physicians, chiropractors, therapists, RN’s, and RT’s.

The conference is designed for family practice, internal medicine, pediatric, urgent care, emergency, and occupational medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, as well as therapists, chiropractors, and registered nurses.

Up to 5.0 Up to 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsМ« are approved though Banner Health. Banner Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Banner Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsМ«.

Certificates for all guests will be available at the conclusion of the conference.

Disclosure: The planning committee members have reported they have no financial relationships with commercial organizations or products that may constitute a conflict of interest with the content of this conference. Disclosure information for presenters will be provided at the conference.

The symposium previously offered CME credit through Poudre Valley Health System, now University of Colorado Health. CME is not available this year through PVHS-UCH due to changes in the CME process at that health system.

Cost to attend is $40. The fee covers course materials, breakfast, lunch, and the mid-morning break. Dscounted rates are available if four or more practitioners attend from the same office/practice.

The conference will be held from 7:00 a.m., when breakfast and check-in begin, through approximately 2:30 p.m. The event is expected to offer four hours of presentations and one hour of break-out lab sessions.
