The ASC Receptionist is responsible for:

  • Providing clerical support to the PACU nursing staff and providing daily departmental operational support
  • Prepping and organizing charts for preop visits, preop calls, and preop chart checks
  • Scheduling surgeries/procedures
  • Answering phones and taking messages or transferring calls as necessary, and answering visitor/family questions
  • Providing a friendly, safe, timely, and quality driven environment that is responsive to the needs of customers
  • Fostering an environment of mutual respect with special concern for the confidentiality and privacy of others

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Two years’ experience as a medical secretary or in a similar setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, ability to quickly learn medical software and similar computer applications.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with computers and computer software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Loveland, travel to other locations may be required for coverage and staffing needs

Pay: $16.00 – $23.00 /hour, commensurate with experience
