Authorizations Data Entry

The Authorizations Data Entry is responsible for:

  • Performing various procedures associated with patient benefit calculations and data entry
  • Supporting the Authorizations Team
  • Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all pertinent software programs
  • Working closely with the business office to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely, accurate manner
  • Performing a variety of clerical activities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1 year experience in data entry
  • Have proven speed and accuracy in data entry and 10-key procedures
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills

  • The work environment is the typical office environment. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and should do so in a sound and safe manner. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $16.00 – 22.00/hour, commensurate with experience
