The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for:

  • Performing prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ensuring optimal care/treatment to patients
  • Positioning patient and performing diagnostic procedures as required and achieving a high level of image quality
  • Using a variety of radiation protections and shielding materials
  • Analyzing results and identifying issues with the quality of imaging results

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have graduated from a Certified Radiologic Technology Program; Must have A.R.R.T Certification in good standing
  • Have knowledge of radiology equipment, procedures, and protocols as well as safety hazards common to radiology
  • Have current BLS certification
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary to perform X-Ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19.50-$29.00/hour, commensurate with experience
