Mark Driscoll

Mark Driscoll started his playing career at CSU as a freshman in 1971. After playing quarterback for the Rams in 1972, he sustained a shoulder injury in 1973 and missed the entire season. Dr. Ben Magsamen performed a successful operation on Driscoll’s shoulder in the fall of 1973. After his operation at OCR, Driscoll came back stronger than ever. He credited much of his comeback to the highly successful surgery at OCR. Driscoll was drafted into the NFL and later returned to CSU as an assistant football coach. For 48 years, Driscoll has maintained a close relationship with OCR during his playing and coaching days as CSU Athletic Director, a business partner, and a satisfied patient.
