Briana is a Colorado native from Longmont. She speaks both English and Spanish. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University, and later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program in Arvada in 2023. Before joining OCR in 2025, Briana worked in orthopedics with a focus in sports medicine and participated in orthopedic medical mission trips to Cambodia and Guatemala. She believes deeply that movement is medicine and enjoys caring for patients of all ages and activity levels. Briana is excited to return to Fort Collins and join the OCR team. She works alongside Dr. Riikka Koso, specializing in hand and upper extremity care. Outside of medicine, Briana enjoys being active and spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include strength training, paddle boarding, skiing, coaching, and exploring new restaurants.
