Carter was raised in New Hampshire and graduated from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut with a degree in Health Sciences. Upon graduation, he continued his education at Quinnipiac and graduated in 2025 with a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He then moved to Colorado to join the OCR trauma team. Outside of work, Carter enjoys skiing, golfing, cheering on all Boston sports teams, and hiking with his dog, Murphy.
