Longmont Orthopaedic Urgent Care is an after-hours clinic developed to treat acute bone and joint injuries and provide you with the best quality orthopedic care right from the start. The Orthopaedic Urgent Care is staffed by the specialists of Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies and offers fast attention from our expert orthopedic providers and sports medicine specialists who utilize state-of-the-art technology, practices, and treatments for musculoskeletal injuries.

Longmont Orthopaedic Urgent Care provides you with an alternative to the emergency room or general urgent care facilities for all your musculoskeletal injuries and delivers better and faster treatment while helping reduce your costs and hassle.

It’s important to keep in mind that some conditions such as head trauma, deep lacerations, and non-orthopedic conditions (flu, fever, etc.) are not appropriate for a walk-in clinic. Please consult with your Primary Care Physician or your local Hospital Emergency Room.

Also, please note that we do not take Workers’ Compensation at Longmont Orthopaedic Urgent Care, please call us during normal business hours if you are a Workers’ Compensation patient.

If you have Medicaid Insurance, you will need to call 720-494-4791 to schedule an appointment outside of Urgent Care hours Monday – Friday, 8 am -4 pm.
