OCR Announces Youth Sports Medicine Outreach Program

This Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies Youth Sports Medicine Outreach Program ensures athlete safety and promotes educational opportunities while delivering a no-cost partnership.

Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies is proud to announce the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies Youth Sports Medicine Outreach Program. This program includes the best sports medicine coverage, a team of experienced sports medicine physicians, sports concussion doctors, and resources for sports injury prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation.

“With on-site medical coverage, exclusive free Morning Injury Clinics, Sports Medicine Team and a pre-season Baseline (ImPACTTM) Concussion Testing, Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies Youth Sports Medicine Outreach Program’s goal is to give coaches, athletes and parents confidence on Game Day,” said Carli Taylor-Drake, Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies Director of Marketing and Practice Development.

Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies’ Morning Injury Clinics are from 7:30 am to 9:30 am every Monday and Thursday, excluding holidays, at the Loveland, Greeley and Fort Collins locations. “Athletes have Certified Athletic Trainers available for no charge and no appointment necessary,” said Taylor-Drake. “These clinics are made possible by a joint initiative between OCR and University of Colorado Health.”

Pre-season Baseline (ImPACTTM) Concussion Testing is available for a $25.00 fee per athlete. Interested athletes, parents or coaches contact Kylie Jasinski at 970.342.0363.
