Kayleigh Creager was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She attended Creighton University for her undergraduate studies, graduating in 2022 with a degree in Biochemistry. Following graduation, she returned to Fort Collins for a gap year, during which she worked at OCR as a nursing assistant in the recovery center. Kayleigh went on to earn her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Creighton University in 2025. After completing her training, she was excited to return home to Colorado and joined OCR in Spring 2026, where she works with Dr. Koso specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, running, camping, and exploring restaurants throughout Northern Colorado.
