About Niki Vischer, MD
Dr. Nikita Vischer is a native of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. After completing training in Wisconsin, Arizona and Minnesota she arrived in Fort Collins in 1996 to establish a home and career; formerly practicing under the name Jane Servi. Dr. Vischer has 28 years of experience.
Dr. Vischer specializes in sports medicine and non-surgical orthopaedics with board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine and a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine. She in one of the members of a team of physicians at Orthopaedic and Spine Centers of the Rockies providing care to the Colorado State Athletes.
Dr Vischer aspires to treat injuries in athletes of all ages and assist them to return to their athletic endeavors at any level from recreational through professional and has an astute awareness to what this entails as a former collegiate high jumper and current avid cyclist, mountain biker, alpine skier and weightlifter.
Additionally, Dr. Vischer provides care for osteoarthritis prior to the need for surgical intervention.
