Gregg Koldenhoven, MD

Dr. Koldenhoven has been in practice in Boulder County since 2001. Dr. Koldenhoven joined Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies in June 2006. He completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Orthopedic Physicians Associates in Seattle, Washington. He has extensive training in routine and advances reconstructive techniques of the foot and ankle as well a general care of foot and ankle disorders.

Dr. Koldenhoven has been in practice in Boulder County since 2001. Dr. Koldenhoven joined Front Range Orthopedics & Spine in June 2006. He completed a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Orthopedic Physicians Associates in Seattle, Washington. He has extensive training in routine and advances reconstructive techniques of the foot and ankle as well a general care of foot and ankle disorders.

Dr. Koldenhoven was born and raised in Iowa. He attended Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. He attended the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at St. Louis University.

His areas of specialty include reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Additional areas of specialty are extremity trauma and lower extremity total joint replacement.

Dr. Koldenhoven enjoys being a team physician for Mead High School Athletics.

He is also a dedicated husband and father. In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, camping, off-roading, gardening, and cooking.
