Guide to OCR’s Patient Satisfaction Survey Experience

Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies values the partnerships and relationships that we have with our patients and their loved ones. We are committed to providing you the information you need at your fingertips to make informed decisions about your healthcare, our physicians, and other providers who walk you through your journey to recovery. As part of that commitment, our provider and clinic patient satisfaction ratings are posted online.

To assist you in learning more about our digital survey experience, we have developed this guide to help you, your family members, and those considering OCR understand how we collect and report our patient satisfaction surveys.

Both surveys that you will receive are crucial to the team here at OCR in making sure that we are providing the highest possible quality of orthopaedic care and ensuring that you have an enjoyable appointment every time you visit one of our medical campuses.

When you complete your survey, OCR will donate $1 to our local food banks.

Our physicians match each dollar to enhance our community impact.

About Our Survey

Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies is focused on providing an exceptional experience in every patient interaction. All ratings are submitted by you, our patients. To ensure we hold ourselves to the highest standards, we have partnered with SocialClimb and Oberd; two independent patient satisfaction companies. These companies provide the technology to display ratings and comments on our external provider profile pages.

Who Receives the Survey?

Our surveys are made available to all Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies patients following their appointments. You will receive your first survey the day after your appointment and the second survey will be sent to you a few days after your appointment. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide comments regarding specific aspects of care. We use this feedback to improve and enhance the care we offer. Both surveys are crucial to the OCR Team in making sure that we are providing the highest possible quality of orthopaedic care and ensuring that you have an enjoyable appointment every time you visit OCR.

Do You Post All Comments?

We do not post comments that are libelous, profane, or that risk the privacy of our patients.

What Questions Do We Ask?

Patients take a survey and results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement.

Can Anyone Complete a Survey or Post a Comment about a Provider?

No. Only patients having a clinic visit will receive a survey. The results are based entirely on patients who have actually been treated by the provider.

How is Patient Information Protected?

Patient names are not displayed through the online ratings and commentary reviews. All personally identifiable information is removed prior to display.
