November Closing Notifications
Attention Patients: Medication Refill Requests and Closing Notifications for November 24 & 25, 2016
Our offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24 and closing early on Friday, November 25 at 11 AM. It is requested that all medication refill requests be made by 5 PM on Tuesday, November 22 to pick up no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, November 23.
